What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, order contents.
- Contact form: name, email and the content of your message.
- Newsletter: email address, and the date of your subscription.
- Technical server logs kept by our host for security and troubleshooting.
Why
To take and deliver orders, to answer enquiries, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to meet Swiss accounting obligations.
Who receives data
- Infomaniak (Switzerland), hosting and email.
- Stripe, payment processing. We never see or store your card details.
- The carrier that delivers your parcel. TO CONFIRM.
- No data is sold or used for advertising.
How long
Order data for as long as Swiss accounting law requires. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its use, by writing to info@dr-import.ch.
Fonts and external content
Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. We do not embed Google Fonts or third-party trackers.
