1. Seller
QIVIUQ is a project by Dr. Import, Switzerland. TO CONFIRM: legal form, registered address, commercial register number, VAT number.
2. Scope
These terms govern all orders placed on qiviuq.ch by consumers and businesses. The version published at the time of the order applies.
3. Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before payment.
We may change prices at any time. The price displayed when the order is confirmed is the price that applies.
4. Formation of the contract
The display of a product is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email.
Where a piece is unavailable after an order, we cancel the order and refund in full.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card data. Accepted means of payment are shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Times given are indicative.
Risk passes to the customer on handover to the carrier, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
7. Right of return
We grant fourteen days to return an unworn piece in its original condition. TO CONFIRM: who bears return postage and any excluded categories.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Variations inherent to hand-made pieces are not defects.
9. Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. TO CONFIRM: place of jurisdiction.
