QIVIUQ (qiviuq.ch) is operated by Dr. Import, a brand of ABC Translation Sàrl, Rue de Morges 22, 1023 Crissier (VD), Switzerland.

These terms govern all orders placed on qiviuq.ch by consumers and businesses. The version published at the time of the order applies.

Prices are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before payment.

We may change prices at any time. The price displayed when the order is confirmed is the price that applies.

The display of a product is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email.

Where a piece is unavailable after an order, we cancel the order and refund in full.

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. on our behalf. We never see or store your card details.

Accepted means of payment: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT.

All payments are charged in Swiss francs (CHF). The amount is debited when the order is confirmed.

We ship worldwide from Switzerland, to the countries listed on the shipping page. Times given are indicative.

Risk passes to the customer on handover to the carrier, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.

Import duties and taxes outside Switzerland are payable by the recipient.

You may return an unworn piece, in its original condition and packaging, within fourteen days of delivery.

Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the piece is faulty or where we made a mistake, in which case we cover it.

Yarn that has been wound, used or opened, and pieces made to order, cannot be returned.

Statutory warranty rights apply. Variations inherent to hand-made pieces are not defects.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

Swiss law applies, to the exclusion of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction for consumers.
