Returns
If a piece is not right, you have fourteen days.
The rule
You may return an unworn piece, in its original condition and packaging, within fourteen days of delivery.
Write to info@dr-import.ch first. We will confirm the return and tell you how to send it.
Refunds
Once the piece arrives and has been checked, the amount is refunded to the original means of payment.
TO CONFIRM: who bears the return postage, and any exceptions (for example yarn that has been wound or pieces made to order).
Faults
Hand-knitted pieces vary slightly from one to the next. That is a property of hand work, not a fault.
If something is genuinely wrong with a piece, tell us and send a photograph. We will deal with it.
