Returns
If a piece is not right, you have fourteen days.
The rule
You may return an unworn piece, in its original condition and packaging, within fourteen days of delivery.
Write to info@dr-import.ch first. We will confirm the return and tell you how to send it.
Refunds
Once the piece arrives and has been checked, the amount is refunded to the original means of payment, usually within five working days.
Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the piece is faulty or where we made a mistake.
Yarn that has been wound, used or opened, and pieces made to order, cannot be returned.
Faults
Hand-knitted pieces vary slightly from one to the next. That is a property of hand work, not a fault.
If something is genuinely wrong with a piece, tell us and send a photograph. We will deal with it.
