The cost depends on the destination. You choose your destination in the bag, and see the exact amount before paying. Prices in Swiss francs.
Preparation and times
Orders are prepared within two working days. Delivery times begin when the parcel leaves us and are indicative, not guaranteed.
We ship with Swiss Post: tracked Priority within Switzerland, PostPac International Priority elsewhere. Every parcel is insured.
You receive a confirmation as soon as the order is placed, and a second message with the tracking number when it ships.
Customs and import taxes
All prices are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT (8.1%). VAT number: CHE-284.072.845.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties and taxes may be charged on arrival and are payable by the recipient.
We declare the real value of the contents on the customs form. We do not under-declare a parcel, whatever the reason given.
If something goes wrong
A parcel that is late, damaged or lost: write to info@dr-import.ch with your order number. We deal with the carrier, not you.
