The piece
A simple scarf, knitted from the soft brown-grey underwool of the musk ox. The fibre is left undyed, so the colour is the colour of the animal. Long enough to wrap twice, light enough to forget you are wearing it.

Craftsmanship
Hand-knitted in small numbers. Slight differences between pieces are normal and are a property of hand work, not a fault.
Care
Do not machine wash. Hand wash cold, with a very mild soap, or have the piece cleaned by a specialist. Do not wring. Press the water out in a towel and dry flat, away from heat. Store folded, not on a hanger. Full care guide below.
